This summer has been one of the best summers for Illinois real estate in years. In fact, I've been slammed with new listings in Alton, Godfrey, Edwardsville, Wood River, Brighton, East Alton, Jerseyville, Bethalto, and more that I can't currently recall. Being a Realtor in southern Illinois means that sometimes the market isn't that quickest, but it will come back around, and we are seeing that now.
Speaking of Edwardsville, I just put another Edwardsville home up on the market over at 314 State St. It's a cute 2 bedroom home thats a perfect starter or downsize.
